Automatic oxycutting machine for tubes

>  maximal load of rotating table : 12 Tons
>  precision of the cutting : 1 mm

Following the need expressed by its customer, Imeco studied and realised a special unit capable to cut tubes to prepare assembly of "T"-junctions or elbows by welding. Tube is positioned vertically on a rotating table. The moves are defined by sequences according to dimensions of tube and type of cutting shape (strait, curved, double curved).

Table rotation is synchronised with displacements of torch.
